The Electra Rat Fink chopper is an homage to Ed 'Big Daddy' Roth whose Rat Fink grinning, fly pestered image was and still is the icon of the Southern California car scene. He would be pleased to find that his latest namesake is the coolest of cool bikes. Of course his rat fink is mapped on the bike.

This already legendary chopper gets a succesful facelift in 2008. Only by replacing the familiar double down fork by a straight fork, the Electra designers manage to give a brandnew appearance to this top chopper. The Straight8 is due to its light weight (frame made of aluminium), due to its "light" chopper geometry (the crank is not as far away from the saddle as seen on other choppers) and due to the very strong V-Brakes pretty practical in daily use.

musical style version of Rock'n'Roll in the middle of the 50s in Memphis (Te.); composed of white Hillbilly and black Rhythm&Blues or Rock 'n' Roll. Important musicians: Bill Haley, Elvis Presley, Carl Perkins and first nof all Jerry Lee Lewis. Rockabilly Boogy: Cooles everyday chopper bike. First appearance in the early 21. century, at that time still with double fork and puce. But in 2008 it has been sighted more and more often in matte sand with a plain, straight fork.

A great, unobtrusively styled cruiser! The brand-new aluminium frame with tank (preciously processed as there are no weld seams visible) provides the light chassis. The metallic red Indy is powered by a 3 speed gear hub. That will probably not last for US Indy Car serial, but defintitively for road traffic! For Indy Electra produced the brand-new Vintage Diamond Balloon heel in cream!

A great, unobtrusively styled cruiser! The brand-new aluminium frame with tank (preciously processed as there are no weld seams visible) provides the light chassis. This bike is designed with love for detail, as fine pinstripes on chain guard, fenders and fork as well as externally mounted fender struts show. Electra did even shape an new wheel just for this cruiser: Vince comes along with Vintage Diamond balloon wheels.

The absolute design highlight in 2008! The tank is perfectly integrated into the aluminium frame, no chance to find weld seams. The studded saddle (don't worry there are none upon the seat) features a chain and a cool Clan Tartan design. Two different grips, one in tartan pattern the other one with zip, and sporadic red spokes round off the chaos! Techncal features as 3 speed gear hub, high value threepart crank and fat 3,0 inch wheels become a minor point in contrast to this great design!

In 2008 Electra designed a real sweety, Flying Sue! Sue lolls on the tank in sexy 50s style, but of course G-rated! Lady Sue perfectly snuggles up on the tank, so does the tank on the aluminium frame: no chance to find a weld seam! With 3 speeds and low weight Flying Sue lives up to her name.

In 2008 the Hellbilly cuiser appears with a greatlooking, lacquered straight fork. Rims and flames are equally coloured in "lightgold". The saddle has been designed especially for this chopper and is more wide and flat than other cruiser saddles and is provided with a great stitch. Just as much appeal leather streamer on grips and saddle, as the designed chain ring!

The popular, light and fast coaster in 2008 design. Aluminium frame in cool silver plus black monting parts - a great look! The combination of low weight, efficient and comfortable frame geometry and straightforward design make the Coaster a classic.
